COOKIE NOTICE

KGMG/TRADING CO.

Updated on 01/08/2.021.

This Cookie Notice explains how KGMG/Trading Co. ("KGMG/Trading Co.", "we" and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize when you access our websites, such as www.kgmg.com.br ("site").

This page explains what this technology is and why it is used, as well as your rights to control our use.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files containing small amounts of information that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you access a website.

Cookies are widely used by website owners to make their websites work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information. Cookies help us remember information about your visit to our site, such as your preferred language and other options/settings, and generally make the site easier to use.

They may also be used to serve ads that are relevant to you.

Cookies set by the owner of the site (in this case KGMG/Trading Co.) are referred to as "first party cookies".

Cookies set by parties other than the site owner are referred to as "third party cookies". Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or by the site (e.g., advertisements, interactive content, and analytics).

The parties who set the third party cookies may recognize your computer when it visits that site and when it visits certain other sites.

Why do we use cookies?

We use first-party and third-party cookies for a variety of reasons. Some cookies are necessary for technical reasons for our sites to work, and we call them "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. We use essential cookies to:

to log in to our site

to protect your security

to help us detect and combat spam, abuse and other activities that violate the terms and user agreements of KGMG/Trading Co. and

to authenticate your access to the site

Other cookies store information about your browser and your preferences. For example, cookies help us to remember your preferred language or the country you are in. So we can provide content in your preferred language without you having to ask each time you visit our sites.

Cookies also allow us to track and target the interests of our users to improve the experience on our sites.

For example, these types of cookies help us test different versions of our sites to see what specific features or content users prefer.

To help us better understand how people use our sites, certain third parties place cookies on our sites for purposes of advertising, analytics, etc.

This is described in more detail below. We do not disclose the information collected from our own cookies to third parties, except to our service providers who assist us with these cookie activities.

The specific types of primary and third party cookies on our web sites and their purposes are described in the table below:

What about other tracking technologies, such as web beacons?

Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a site. We may use other similar technologies, such as web beacons (sometimes called "tracking pixels" or "clear gifs").

These are small graphic files that contain a unique identifier that allows us to recognize when someone has visited our sites or opened an e-mail we send. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page on our sites to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have accessed our sites through an online advertisement displayed on a third-party site, to improve site performance, and to measure the success of e-mail marketing campaigns. In many cases, these technologies rely on cookies to function properly and therefore refusing cookies will impair their functioning.

Are flash cookies or Local Shared objects - LSOs - used?

Our sites may also use so-called "flash cookies" (also known as local shared objects or "LSOs") for, among other things, collecting and storing information about the use of our services, fraud prevention, and other site operations.

If you do not want flash cookies stored on your computer, you can adjust your Flash player settings to block the storage of flash cookies using the tools in the Site Storage Settings Panel. You can also control flash cookies by accessing the Global Storage Settings Panel and following the instructions (which may include instructions that explain, for example, how to delete existing flash cookies (referred to as "information" on the Macromedia site), prevent flash LSOs from being placed on your computer without you being asked, and (for Flash Player 8 and later versions) block flash cookies that are not provided by the operator of the page you are currently on).

Please note that setting the Flash Player to restrict or limit acceptance of flash cookies may reduce or prevent the functionality of some Flash applications, including, potentially, Flash applications used in conjunction with our services or online content.

Is Targeted Advertising Used?

Third parties may use cookies on your computer or mobile device to serve ads on our sites. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other sites in order to provide relevant ads about goods and services that may be of interest to you. They may also use technology to measure the effectiveness of advertisements. This may be done through the use of cookies or web beacons that collect information about your visits to this and other sites in order to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you.

The information collected through this process does not allow identification of your name, contact details or other personally identifiable data unless you choose to provide it.

Please note that while advertising technology is integrated into our site, you may still receive advertising content, even if you choose not to receive personalized advertising. In this case, the advertising content will simply not be customized to your interests.

How can I control cookies?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or decline cookies. You can choose your cookie preferences specific to KGMG/Trading Co. websites from the wix.com Cookie Preference Center. You can also access the Cookie Preference Center at any time by clicking on the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of any page on the site.
